AES is providing all technical services including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering required for renovation of several areas throughout the medical center. Work includes:

A. Bldg. 1 Tuckpointing

B. 7C123 HVAC Modifications

C. 1D108a FCU Installation

D. Bldg. 7 Ramp Replacement /Lift Repair (Gym Entrance)

E. Fire Alarm System Expansion

F. Pharmacy Waiting Room Renovations

G.OR’s 2, 3 and 7 Medical Air Hoses

H. Supply Room Door Card Reader

I. Install OR Automatic Doors

J. Replace Shop Air Compressor in sub-basement.

AES will also provide construction period services and record as-built drawings after the project is complete.
