Deborath Cole
BS Electrical Engineering, Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO
Mrs. Cole is a serviced-disabled veteran and serves in the United States Army Reserves in Denver, CO. She is now President and Senior Engineering Analyst for AES Group. Her duties include the management of AES and all contracts for AES clientele, many of which are federal entities including the Veterans Administration Hospitals nationwide, and the US Army, Air Force, and Navy. She is also a project manager for a multi-discipline design projects.

Christine Benson – Administration

Ms. Benson is responsible for ensuring all AES administration and contracting is performed in accordance with the FAR and other government requirements. She oversees day to day administrative activities of the firm including human resources, finance and contracting with the government, commercial clients and a multitude of subconsultants.
Andrea Keough, PE (CO), NCEES
BS Chemical Engineering, Colorado State University
Mrs. Keough’s responsibilities include supervision and direction of all operational activities. She coordinates scheduling and resource allocation for all AES projects. Mrs. Keough performs quality assurance checks for large projects at federal facilities. She also provides technological support for internal computer infrastructure and software management, and marketing support.
Jeremy Landrith, PE (CO)

Mr. Landrith is a service disabled veteran. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and functioned as an avionics technician, non-commissioned officer, and supervisor of an avionics repair shop with 10 technicians. Mr. Landrith is now Vice President and Senior Electrical Engineer for AES Group. His duties include the oversight and management of the electrical engineering staff consisting of 5 engineers; as well as management of AES in general.
Cory Long, PE (CO)

Mr. Long is a service disabled veteran. He spent 7 years as an active duty office in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Captain, culminating as Deputy Chief of Engineering at Peterson AFB, Colorado.Mr. Long is now Vice President and Sr. Mechanical Engineer for AES Group. His duties include the management of all mechanical engineers and designers, mechanical and plumbing system conceptual design, detailed design and drafting, project submittal review, new project coordination and generation, interdisciplinary coordination and review.

Cade Benson, PE (CO, AZ, MT)
MS Civil Engineering, Colorado State University
Considered an engineering powerhouse, Mr. Benson specializes in civil and structural engineering. He has been in a management position for both small and large engineering companies and has performed on projects around the world. As an AES Group Principal, Mr. Benson provides overall executive management including budgeting/accounting, quality assurance, planning and mentorship of both engineers and administrative teams.
