As both a Project and Program Manager Mr. Ostler has extensive experience providing electrical engineering, project management and construction expertise for a variety of industries. He has managed design and design-build projects for federal facilities across the US, and oversees electrical engineering components of complex design projects. Mr. Ostler leads the marketing efforts for AES, including proposals, quotes and selection of subcontractors.
Cade Benson, PE (CO, AZ, MT)
MS Civil Engineering, Colorado State University
Considered an engineering powerhouse, Mr. Benson specializes in civil and structural engineering. He has been in a management position for both small and large engineering companies and has performed on projects around the world. As an AES Group Principal, Mr. Benson provides overall executive management including budgeting/accounting, quality assurance, planning and mentorship of both engineers and administrative teams.
James “Mike” Summers, PE (CO, KS, MO)
MS Civil Engineering, University of Missouri
Currently working on his PhD, Mr. Summers has extensive civil engineering and project management experience. His expertise encompasses design, analysis and coordination of major projects as well as civil/structural design, master drainage plans, utility rate studies, ultrasonic testing, and expert testimony. Mr. Summers has performed on projects around the world. He excels at cultivating clients and partnerships from his extensive military background.
Christine Benson – Administration
BS Social Work and Agency Change, Colorado State University
Ms. Benson is responsible for ensuring all AES administration and contracting is performed in accordance with the FAR and other government requirements. She oversees day to day administrative activities of the firm including human resources, finance and contracting with the government, commercial clients and a multitude of subconsultants.
Andrea Keough, PE (CO), NCEES – Operations
BS Chemical Engineering, Colorado State University
Mrs. Keough’s responsibilities include supervision and direction of all operational activities. She coordinates scheduling and resource allocation for all AES projects. Mrs. Keough performs quality assurance checks for large projects at federal facilities. She also provides technological support for internal computer infrastructure and software management, and marketing support.
