Project Features:

AES was awarded a GSA 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the VA Office of Construction and Facilities Managment to provide construction management services nationwide, on an as-needed basis.

The construction management services include but are not limited to recommending program/project execution strategies, estimating, market surveys, contract reviews, constructability reviews, bidability reviews, quality assurance services, as well as administration and coordination of technical staff and various disciplines. Includes construction period services.

Under this BPA AES has been awarded task orders totaling $2 million dollars.
