Project Features:

Design a new additional sewage lift station for the hospital with enough room to allow additional sewer lines if need on future projects. Develop and provide a complete set of drawings and specifications for bidding and construction contract purposes and fit test the program within the available space. Design to LEED Silver Certification requirements. 

Includes: coordination between disciplines, architectural details, and ensure code compliance; structural design, calculations and documentation required to cut the post tension slab for the new shower floors; survey of the existing hospital lift station to verify as-built conditions; calculation of the required capacities for the new lift station in accordance with AIA guidelines and manufacturers literature for planned equipment; design provision for plumbing systems including sanitary sewer, pumps both primary and back up, and alarm panel that will signal the central plant in case of a pump failure, high water or low water. Other elements include: cost estimates, scheduling, phasing and construction period services.
