AES is providing construction documents to renovate the existing VAHCS laboratory in El Paso, TX.  The project involves removing a wall and associated equipment in order to make room for an additional piece of equipment.  There is also some plumbing that will be reconfigured and chemical resistant piping to be specified in the existing lab area.  AES is providing architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings along with the associated demolition plans.

AES has had lead-based paint testing completed and is providing the report of the findings to the VA.

Construction shall be phased such that the lab will remain operational.

AES will also provide construction period services for this project which will include review of shop drawings and responses to RFIs and necessary site visits for inspections.
