AES has been awarded this 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to fill the VA’s recurring needs for Construction Management services for projects nationwide. These construction management services shall include; but not limited to, recommending program/project execution strategies, estimating, market surveys, contract reviews, constructability reviews, bidability reviews, quality assurance services, as well as administration and coordination of their technical staff and their various disciplines. Construction phase services also may be required. In addition, there are situations wherein CFM provides resources to assist the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) and Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) including project supervision and technical assistance for minor projects. These CM BPA contracts could also be available to assist VHA, NCA and VBA. Individual tasks orders, including SOW, will be issued against these BPA's. Each task order will define the specific CM services required for a particular task order.
