Project Features:
Provide construction documents which meet the budgetary, contractual and programmatic requirements of PVAHCS to continue the effort to upgrade and modernize the mechanical HVAC, chilled and hot water infrastructure throughout the facility.

Continue and update the chilled water study for existing and proposed systems, this will require coordination with the existing A/E firm to include any fees.

Create and Consolidate construction documents from identified deficiencies noted in the provided chilled water study and not scheduled to be corrected under the upcoming Increase Campus Electrical/Chilled Water Capacity Project.

Create a site map and flow diagram of the chilled water system to include all piping, chillers, AHUs, Pumps, and all associated components.

Identify all equipment required for the function of chillers and associated equipment. This is to be incorporated into the VA master plan for emergency and standby systems planning.

Cost Estimate: A detailed cost estimate will be developed. The estimate will reflect materials, systems, and labor with particular focus on the phasing that the general contractor will need to schedule for.
Includes a narrative of investigative and design activities, detailed quantity take-offs, cost proposal, meeting minutes, specifications, safety plan, and quality control plans (construction and design).
