Project Features:
Design an addition to the Wheat Ridge Cyclery building. The scope of work included:
- Structural design including lateral design.
- Foundation design.
- Electrical design.
- HVAC and plumbing design.
- Mechanical and electrical design included providing for the new retail area and balancing the utilities with the remainder of the building.
