Project Features:

• Demolition and renovation of addition to an existing fire station with a historical attached school building. Construct a structural steel framed second floor over an existing masonry block original school classroom and gymnasium. Provide new public meeting rooms, offices, restrooms, showers, laundry, on-call sleeping quarters, day-room, and kitchen facilities. Mechanical and electrical system improvements to provide air-conditioning to new and existing space, extension of electrical power and emergency power systems.
• Engineering design for civil, mechanical, structural (concrete, steel and cold form steel shapes), plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems for the project, including the following:
• Engineering calculations.
• Design and construction drawings.
• Project Specifications.
• Energy efficient clerestory.
• Fire sprinkler specifications.
• Final equipment selection and recommendations.
• Client and contractor meetings and consultations for project coordination.
• Shop drawings review.
• Request for information during project bid and construction.
