Project Features:

Complete the design phase and construction services necessary for a new BUR flood and gravel roof, including:

• Tear off existing 124,000 sq ft of roof, insulation and flashings down to metal deck substrates. Install new lead boot flashings at all existing plumbing vent pipe penetrations and waterproof mechanical ducts.
• Install all new base flashings at curbs and walls, raise and flash exhaust fans and mechanical curbs where necessary. Install new 0.04 aluminum pitch pockets and new 24 gauge metal coping caps, fascia and counter flashings to replace existing.
• Install roof to wall expansion joints at low elevation area.
• Repair and cap brick columns with Garland 24 gauge metal.
• Replace 160 upper level and 74 lower level drains.
