President
Mr. Summers has 35 years of civil engineering and project management experience. His expertise encompasses design, analysis and coordination of major projects as well as finite element computer modeling, dynamic analysis of nuclear and fossil power plants, civil/structural design, master drainage plans, utility rate studies, ultrasonic testing, and expert testimony. Mr. Summers has performed on projects around the world.
As the AES Group President, Mr. Summers is responsible for engineering activities from the initial concept through final acceptance, for clients ranging from private developers to local, state and federal government. He excels at cultivating clients and partnerships from his extensive military background.
Vice President
Mr. Benson has 45 years of civil and structural engineering experience. He has been in a management position for both small and large engineering companies. His duties have included personnel assignments, project scheduling, budgeting, design, analysis and specifications. Mr. Benson has worked on many engineering projects for municipalities, both as a project manager and a designer. Mr. Benson has performed on projects around the world.
As Vice President of AES Group, Mr. Benson provides overall executive management of the small consulting engineering firm. Duties include all aspects of managing an engineering business and project management for engineering projects, both in government and in the private sector.
Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Ostler has 30 years of experience providing engineering, project management and construction expertise for a variety of industries. He excels at marketing, but is also capable of providing oversight for mechanical, electrical, and piping design, as well as design-build project management for commercial and federal building projects.
As the Vice President of Marketing for AES Group, his responsibilities include leading/taking primary responsibility for and preparing letters of interest, proposals, and SF330’s; developing and maintaining the company’s marketing materials and methods; developing and enhancing marketing strategies and competitive advantages.
